“Everything rises and falls on leadership,” says John Maxwell. If this statement is true, then how do we ensure that those in leadership understand leadership and then lead as is expected of them? Assuming that those in leadership do understand leadership and are actually leading, how then do we ensure that we have prepared leaders to take over from the current crop of leadership and whose responsibility is it any way?
